BTW, Super Milk Chan is $17.56 at www.uln.com. It doesn't include shipping which is $1.99 per shipment and $.99 per item, so it's a little more expensive than DeepDiscountDVD ($20.54 vs. $17). But DDDVD can sometimes be unrealiable (and shipment may take a lot longer than the 10 business days that they indicate, though fortunately that only happened to me once) so I always like www.uln.com as an alternative, esp. since I've never had any problems with them.

I'm all for extremely bizarre antics... but Space Ghost moreso than Milk Chan. Space Ghost threatens (and often destroys) Zorak, but I don't have to then watch Zorak get sad and cry about it. Poor robot.

I've never seen space ghost..Is it cartoonish? like milk chan? Or doe sit have realistic looking characters like most anime? I'm moreso a sucker for the cartoonish feel. I think that's why milk chan is so appealing as well is the use of primary colors.

I was half asleep and this show came on. I woke up thinking it was all a dream. Then I look at the pics AND IT'S REAL!?!?!
So the grown-up guy with the big gut and tight school clothes doing pelvic thrusts is REAL!?

I'm really not sure how you guys can like this show. All the "jokes" are horrible, groan-inducing piles, it's full of unfunny cliches (ones that the show is not trying to do, which are even worse), the animation is balls, none of the characters are appealing, and it's way, way, way too long.

This show has its moments, but that's about one per episode for me. The potential for me to like it is higher than Tom Goes to the Mayor. I doubt either show is going to last very long at all.

Wheres the love...hmm, well IDGAF as long as they keep cranking out the DVD's... I'll see how this DVD is, and if it's worth the money, I'll buy the remainder of them... The 4th DVD in the series is due out this coming January.
Yeah I dont understand why this show exists and more importantly why Adult Swim bought the rights to it.
P.S. Tom Goes to the mayor and the show with the asian kid with the comb over both suck more ass than I thought humanly possible. Bring back Brack, Space Ghost, new Birdman and stop making new crap.
At least Venture Brothers was good. I didnt like it at first but it grew on me in a big way.

It's weird, because of all the people I know, thought the GA forums would eat this show up... Shows what I know... :lol
For those who still don't know what it is, imagine a bizarre Japanese parody of the Powerpuff Girls with some Adult Swim-esque humor.
I absolutely adore this show. The President is one awesome character! "Oh no, I said I watched the show when infact I didn't!" :lol :lol
I can't watch that Tom Goes To The Mayor show just because the art style is so hard to watch.

Super Milk Chan is such an awful show. Those forums are still in an uproar over it and TGTTM is taking a bit of a licking too although that show is starting to grow on me alot.
Milk Chan is just awful though, the only amusing part of the show are those funny tranny jokes in the beginning of the show, those always make me laugh and the themesong rocks, but the actual show just plain sucks. Can't wait until it's off of the air.

You know what, I have a great sense of humor. Super Milk Chan isnt fucking funny. It takes absurd humor to new and completely stupid levels. Im sure anyone who enjoys the show can sit around with their undersized hello kitty t-shirts guffawing at the dumbass piece of programming, but I cant.

As someone who's a big fan of the art (the characters have been around for a while now) I was super hyped to learn of the show and told everyone they should check it out. Despite not seeing a single second of the actual show, I was somehow convinced it was going to be great. A few weeks later and I have yet to send out those apologetic emails like I've been meaning to.

I liked the commercial for Milk Chan with the theme song (I think), and a bunch of random clips. But I couldn't last more than ten minutes watching the actual show.

I just don't understand the appeal of the show. What, it's cool because it's Japanese and eccentric? Come on, there's so many better options. Just catch FLCL - all the absurd 'what the fuck'-idness you need and it doesn't outstay its welcome. I made an honest effort to sit through at least one entire episode of Super Milk Chan. I guess if you're eight and suffer from a glaring case of ADD, it might be fun. Oh well, to each their own (crap). It's cool that they're showing Stand Alone Complex and Fullmetal Alchemist on Adult Swim now though. They need to cut it out with the attempts at new series, stick with what they do well (namely, ATHF) and keep importing good anime.

I can appreciate that - I think we all like things that other would consider odd. And you're right, I don't see AS keeping this show for long as it just doesn't seem to have much of an audience. Hopefully Stand Alone Complex will get good ratings - it's a great anime series and the better anime does on AS, the more we're likely to see.
