I saw them at bonnaroo sunday night and they put on a great show. They rocked out on One Big Holiday for a good 10 minutes.

I'd agree with that. Their acoustic album is the best CD I bought last year.

My Morning Jacket DOES indeed rock, and everyone SHOULD have bought a copy of It Still Moves by this point.

I saw 'em open for the Foo Fighters in 2003 and they were amazing. Keep in mind that this was before two band members (one of them being probably the best guitarist in the group) quit. Their performance was unbelievable; it put the Foos to shame.

The band had one hell of a chemistry; very "tight" kind of band. They all knew exactly what they were doing. I doubt they are like that anymore (I've actually heard some recent bootlegs and that pretty much confirms it for me). Really unfortunate.

Pretty sure they're using samples on some of the vocal parts now too, mainly the wailing.
