If you think about the business model, it would be in Valve's and the publisher's best interest for a pre order unlock to never fail. Even if there aren't enough pre orders it is assumed that Valve just unlocks the content anyways.

I believe he is correct.

I already know Infinite is a gazzillion times better than TR. Watch 2K closing Irrational Games if this game bombs We can't let that happen, we just can't! Irrational doesn't make 0815 shooters, they always make something special and i have no doubt Infinite will be any different. I seriously think this could be the best FPS game this decade.

I bought at GMG, Bioshock code worked in Steam, Infinite one does not and Civ V does not even show a code.

Edit: Civ V shows in games area. Infinite is not supposed to work yet I think.
