To be fair the animation and pacing during the impel down and Marineford War was actually pretty good.

it wasn't until the fishman island arc where the animes quality dropped.

Yep, I hear he's confirmed. I'm also aware he's called Enel in the Japanese version but hey I'm used to calling Zoro "Zolo" at this point. Which is weird since in the Funimation dub version they call him Zoro but not in the manga.

No, Enel is called Eneru in Japan. Zoro is called Zolo in the manga solely because they're afraid of copyright laws.

Yes, they are getting localized to both Europe and America. Not sure about your second question. Are you asking if every game has the same story? Not really. PW2 had a non-canon storyline, and while PW1 and PW3 both follow the canon One Piece story, PW3 covers far more arcs, but probably won't go as in-depth as PW1 did at times.

Tashigi actually looks pretty cool. Like a combination between Brook and Mihawk. I hope that tripping isn't something that happens randomly though. Smoker looks like he might actually be decent in this game, and smoke seems to have a new effect on enemies. Mihawk's sword is now glowing (I don't think it did that before) and Buggy has one or two new moves, otherwise they look mostly the same.

Miihawk's sword did glow when you pressed r2 or finished the square combo.
