Aw man, poor Felix. Cops are such cockblockers.

Oh shit, its Shitbag Paul!

This man is such a fucking douchenozzle.

I want to punch him in the face.

Really hard.

The work done by the lighting, hair and makeup crew was especially amazing this week. The difference between Helena and Rachel is huge even before you look at how they act.

It was funny to see the fat guy in the steam bath we saw in episode 1 again, he must love those steambaths. Maybe Rockabilly Bob will make a return appearance too.

People, you do realise Paul wasn't really in a position to have said 'no', right?
Yes, but he seemed to enjoy himself. Plus his actions afterwards showed, that he just changed his allegiance... again.
Maybe it is a plotpoint and all clones have a artifical vagina that can mindcrush people - even more than a regular vagina, that is.

I don't know what's going on with Paul. He's playing everything so stone-faced it's hard to get a grip on exactly where he's coming from.

He looked like he enjoyed yourself to you? Totally not the vibes I got from his facial expressions/body language (although admittedly he does conceal his emotions etc a lot so it could go either way). In any case, perhaps you should look into the "it's not rape if you enjoyed it" sentiment...

Paul is such a horrible fucking actor its no wonder we don't know his motivation...his facial expressions are the same whether he's screwing or eating a sandwich. My guess is that he is still with Team Sarah and resents the fact that Rachel and Co is holding his past over him but the actor is apparently incapable of nuance.

:lol

It's beyond me why Rachel and co. continue to keep Paul around when he's already betrayed them more than once to help Sarah.

I'm assuming they're keeping Paul to siphon information from him about Sarah.

I'd imagine his information may be drying up because he hasn't really been in direct contact with Sarah since the end of season 1.

Whenever a game uses "middleware," I expect mediocrity. Just see how poor TLOU looks.
Academy award quality actor Dylan Bruce was back last episode! I kid.... but Lord have mercy is he pretty to look at...

Tatiana better win some awards for this show! Not get criminally overlooked like the cast on my fave show of all time Battlestar Galactica did </3

Well, at one point he tried to make some move on her but she slapped him. He was somewhat of an active participant. She has, obviously, manipulated the whole situation.

You do know his proper nickname right?

;)

Still holding out hope for Enver Gjokaj cast as a male clone to compliment Tatiana's range.

so I read an interview where Dylan Bruce described Paul as a male "Femme Fatale" that has to use his "assets" to stay relevant...... um ex-squeeze me, femme fatales are dangerous, deadly and in charge. YOU SIR, are a lapdog at best!

I think it was actually accurate. Film Noire in the past has usually cast the Femme Fatale as a sexually alluring and attainable (!) character who has potential for great danger, but generally is not in a position of power if situations are not related to their sexual allure or hidden motives concerning the protagonist. These things are all very much Big Dick Paul.

I can't read Paul's mind but based on the information we had from that scene, IMO Paul was raped.

Great episode. Helena continues to deliver. At first I was all "whaaaat" when she was alive, but now I'm OK with this. She's just too damn entertaining.

"try food". LOL

Paul was borderline assaulted, and reading that interview with the actor, the cut scenes were kind of rough for the character, with Rachel punching him repeteadly while riding that Big D.
Is it wrong if that turns me on?

Anyho, the latest episode may have been the finest yet since S1's finale. Truly fantastic stuff. I'm a bit swarmed ATM, so I'll post some musings later.

I agree. Big Dick Paul really is a male femme fatale at this point.

I hesitate to "call it" on Dylan Bruce's acting yet, mostly because I feel like the writing and pacing of the show hasn't really given him the opportunity to be anything other than enigmatic and completely unreadable (and fucking hot). With the exception of, like, 2 episodes last season Paul has intentionally been portrayed as this brooding, questionably dangerous character whose motivations and allegiances were impossible to make out (and I think he's doing a good job of that), and it's clear they're playing that up this season with Sara and Felix's interactions with him. We're really not supposed to be getting anything from Paul right now other than utter stoicism and the feeling of being trapped between a rock and a hard place.

I feel like they're setting him up for a much bigger role in the story toward the end of the season--what with Sarah's baby daddy being back and ALSO having military ties and some connection to Dyad.

I wanna see Paul find Cal and Kyra and then walk menacingly towards them when all of a sudden Cal beats the ever loving shit out of him cause it turns out that Cal is a hardcore black ops CIA spook.
