How to use:
1. Find content you want
2. Plug PSP into PC USB and select USB connection in PSP XMB
3. Click download button
4. Login with GAF ID (username: gaffers@z44 password: amcry1)
Click the right button to login, not left one.
5. First time you use the service you have to install Active X control (boo, I.E., hissss)
6. Select your PSP device from the drive list.
7. Wait for download
8. Hit OK
9. Watch your video
10. Ponder why you can't download this directly on the PSP...

So if you need to download it and xfer it with a PC, why not have a direct download. Sounds overly complicated for a video. Active-x? :lol

From the FAQ:

Q. Can you use the Portable TV download service from the PSP browser?
A. You cannot use it currently. You can only download from a PC.
You even have to have your PSP plugged in, and you can't download to a memory stick slot built into a PC.
