Not buying them all. What would you get? I'm likely to pick up Bomberman and Another Code. Rogue Agent is getting shafted up the arsehole of any man that tries to sell me it, I've heard the music via videos on IGN. I can't commit myself to such torture. Splinter Cell... hmm. maybe.
 
Im keen on Bomberman and Another code myself.

Also, sorry to be pedantic but its silly to call them "PAL releases" , as no DS games have a PAL video format version for European / Australasia release like console games.
 
Got Another Code and that's all I'm going to buy. Waiting for Kirby and Meteos to come from ze united states, ach.

Goldeneye isn't so bad ---- yea, the sound is terrible, but it's nice proof that an FPS can work ... the visuals do the trick, and they suggest that a port of Half-Life could be possible (no they're not that great, but with some time..) --- the control is just creat... though the styluse is way more precise than the thumb-pad.

We talked about it in a dedicated topic I think and yes, the game is great, really charming and makes a very good use of the features of the DS.

It's shorter to say "PAL" than "Europe and Australia". Even where video formats are not an issue (such as with the DS and the PSP) Europe and Australia are often treated as the same region, and since they both use the PAL system for TV and video it's easier just to lump them together with the term "PAL" even though as you say it doesn't really have anything to do with it.
 
I'd plump for bomberman, but I dont' have any friends with DSs. They are all PSP whores.

I could use it to get them to buy one - it isn't expensive and bomberman multiplayer shoudl be amazing.

But I haven't heard much about it on here. Any Japan GAFfers play this? You're always getting together, so it should be a cert.

Just say "EU". That's even shorter.
 
I tried Goldeneye yesterday very shortly. Seemed really bland and rough besides giving hints that a fps could be neat on DS. I thing GAFs B- score is a bit inflated to say the least.

We rang Nintendo and told them the story about you upgrading your PSP to 1.51. They said they had such a good laugh they'd let us have it early.

Of course, we have to pay by not getting Kirby until November (like I care)

OK, this is as good a place as any to ask. I'm stuck in Another Code. Yes, I know I should be ashamed, but I'm missing something obvious.

I'm in chapter 3, and I'm faced with the music box puzzle (which I presume I need another character for, since the key I have won't work) and the print with the stamps.

How do I get the music box to work?

When I go to stamp the book, nothing comes out. Do I need ink, soot? Help me, for the love of god. Thank you.

Doh. Was going to trade in my annoying Conker for it. Even though I have no friends to play against, I'm hoping to persuade them.
