Overall is was pretty funny, but not as good as the Foxworthy roast and not as good as any of the Firar's roasts. Plus, the whole thing is ruined because it benefits peta.
Why was Bea Arthur there? That seemed kind of odd. She did a decent job, but was kind of hard to watch since she is ancient. Good for her, at least, getting out there and performing.
What, did Pam Anderson seriously get roasted? Didn't you at one point have to be, you know, talented and universally admired by the industry to be given "the honor"?

I'd have preferred the Friar's Club roast Anderson with Comedy Central airing it in their Secret Stash, but I was not unpleased with the results. And I'm susprised Courtney Love didn't put a contract on Geoffrey Ross for that performance. It was immature and insulting by the standards of the other performers. And I loved every minute of it.
