Spider-Man PS4 definitely has elements of it (not the swinging, but the other stuff you can do to traverse across rooftops etc). Pretty obscure too.

Watch Dogs 2 has some parkour.

Don't really know any obscure ones.
Dying Light and Ghostrunner are the 2 more recent ones that come to mind, which were great in that it felt like you actually had to look and react to the world and obstacles.

Too many modern games like Assassins Creed fall into the trap of doing everything on their own as the player simply holds down a button, which is boring AF.
