I'm sure some of you guys know more about paypal than I do cos they're doing my head in.
I ordered something off a website last Tuesday (the 23rd) and paid via paypal for 145 euro or £122 roughly. Item despatched, then the day after, I got charged for the same order again by paypal. It comes up on online banking like that, with the same order number on both transactions. So I contact the company who I bought the item off, and they said it was paypals fault and they definitely didn't dispatch the items twice or whatever. So I contact paypal on the phone and they sent me a link via the paypal message centre to send them the proof I got charged twice so they can refund me, so I did, that was a week ago now, and nothing. I've tried messaging back the customer service person who sent me the link to send the proof and they haven't responded either.
What do I do? I know its a relatively small amount of money but still.
