I like the piracy one, I've found it's a pretty typical reaction to those anti-piracy ads. "whoa, you can really do that?"

The joke isn't that funny, but I like looking at the drawings in Penny Arcade. Especially the facial expressions. The different looks on Tycho's face in each panel are funny to look at.
