So whats up with the MC's eyes. Sometime they are red, sometimes they are black and at the end they are yellow.

I'm guessing they kinda go with what looks best. That and the red eyes being only on that one poster, which isn't really canon. In the game they seem to stick to the natural + yellow if Jung shenanigans are happening pattern.

My guess is that it was The Protagonist's turn in-game and it was an "all out attack", so it brought everyone's icons onto the screen as they all are involved in the attack.

Yeah, but their icons changed into what seems to be the default.

It's hard to see, but the mode they changed from looks similar to the protagonist's icon in the parts that showed off dungeon crawling.
