Well, the way the cars move, it looks like they did it in some sort of 3d-package.
Thats why i think its no real footage.
Could be looking the same on the xbox 360, but i hope they do something about the physics then!.

Edit: Ok i first thought "real time my ass" too when i saw the vid but:

If the pics in the other thread are indeed realtime like bizarre is saying (which doesn't mean much, but they don't look CG to me, you can clearly see the cars' meshes and polys and the imperfection of the environment mapping) this trailer might well be in-engine too.

Killzone 2 is a totally different story, those characters..those clouds...those flying battleships...no way that was realtime, no way.
