I guess nothing really, it was just a reaction. My thinking was that, in the comic, this Frankie is seen as very withdrawn and not communicative, as autism often is, and are prone to over stimulation/reaction from stimuli like pain, if i'm not mistaken which I totally could be. It just seemed odd that someone like would express themselves in this way and with those kinds and that many piercings. But looking again, I guess it's not. It just seemed odd at first, preconceived notions and all that..
