Read the synopsis online. A lot of the basic plot is outlined in part 1 as well as a ton of backstory. I'd recommend watching it before, but if you absolutely must bust right into part 2, read a summary online.

The best order is classic: 3, 4, 5, then 1, 2, 3. The story was totally ruined when they made the Sloppy Teen prequels, and I hate the new characters who are only there to sell toys.
