It will be interesting how this holds up on XB1. A streamer i watch used to play a lot of this and when the park started getting big with a lot of people in the park, his game would chug a lot on PC, and he had a 6700k and 1080ti!.

Go Go Neo Rangers!
I wanted to get into this but just never got around to it. Seems like something that is prime for GP but think I'll give em a buy when Series X releases.

Zero interest in Planet Coaster on console. 100% interest in Planet Zoo on console.

Wonder how it will perform. PC version was rough even on the best CPU's.
It performs pretty damn great. When I played it on PC a while back with a beefy PC I would get slowdown at 4k easily....this version on Series X/PS5 (yes, I have both versions) runs great. I download some pretty big parks from the Workshop and even with a packed park it runs smoothly.

They do have a built in limiter on how much you can put into a park though. It is counter and you are alerted at 70% capacity that are nearing the limit. But even with the limit you can still build detailed/big parks on next gen consoles. The Series X/PS5 gives you 30% more than current gen consoles. But I have downloaded the biggest parks I could find on the Workshop and the largest park I could find was at 69%...I am sure that person was on a base console since they stopped right before the limit.

But still it runs great, 60fps and 4k on PS5/Xbox Series X. I am actually amazed it runs as good as it does with all the physics and AI running in the game.

How does this hold up on the PS5 and XSX? Does it match the PC version, or are there limitations on the console? IIRC, the PC version is very CPU demanding.

My wife doesn’t game much (beyond Animal Crossing and the occasional other Switch game) but she loves this on Series X. Only tried it because it was on GamePass. Amazing service.
