PlanetSide 2 - 10th Anniversary Update Trailer

That's what I'm saying. I can compare it to the PC version when I played on PS4. There were still massive fights. I just think you were maybe playing outside of peak hours, which was the only time I really played because our outfit would coordinate for that specifically.
Depends on what the peak hours were.

I always played during EU peak-hours.

Main point was that they botched PS4 launch.

They might have in some ways, I just disagree that it died in 3 months. I actually saw bigger fights towards the end of the first year than first few weeks.

EDIT: Also, it's likely we were on different servers. And we were obviously on different time zones with me in the US. So, that makes sense why the experience was very different.

Daybreak wasn't part of SOE anymore when PS2 released.

Edit:

Just looked it up, the PS4 version was released after SOE spun off Daybreak.

SOE spun off Daybreak in february 2015.

Planetside 2 released on PS4 in june 2015.

Ah I was talking about the PC beta back prior to release in 2012. There were issues going all the way back there, it was too late by the time it launched on PS4. Not sure what they were thinking at all with that, to be honest, console must have been a truly awful way to play this kind of game.

This game… I spent entire evenings just at one segment of a wall, or some specific tower where the fighting was.

Will never touch my experiences in planetside 1, but it was also great fun.

That being said…fuck invisible classes.
