Playstation 4: September 2014 games

Already preordered Destiny like a chump (in that digital preordering is a mugs game, super pumped for Destiny) and will be getting Shadows of Mordor for sure. Almost certain to get the new Holmes game as my wife loves the series, but she may want it on Steam instead.

Also intrigued by Natural Doctrine, will look into that.

From september only Shadow of Mordor get my interest. But I wont be buying it at day one, will wait for some impressions first.

Destiny? Don't know what that is, but I'll be getting Velocity 2X day one, for the right price of course.

I wonder if that Sherlock Holmes game will be any good. I am partial to the adventure genre, and I do like a good murder mystery, so I'll keep an eye on it.

On September 9th, I turn almost 30. Still, my family was bothering me about what to get me as a gift, so I told them about Destiny :)

Shadow of Mordor, however, looks rather interesting. Will have to look into it some more as the release nears.

Good thread idea.

I don't care about any of these games. I'll like to get into NHL, but not at full price, and maybe I'll get LoTR if it's seriously amazing.

Hm didnt know Shadow of Mordor was open world...

Thanks for making this thread, it's very useful. Sometimes games can get lost in the shuffle.

As far as the games I'm getting:

Day One:

Destiny

Wait for Reviews

Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor
Warriors Orochi 3: Ultimate

Fifa and Shadows of Mordor. I'd like to get Destiny, but I live in a remote area and my internet cap is only 8GB per month (yeah i know, it sucks) so it being always online has me a bit hesitant that I might blow my data limit.

Destiny is on my target

Destiny and Shadow of Mordor for Me.

I had NHL and FIFA pre-ordered but just cancelled both because EA gonna EA.

Might pick up one of the other offerings depending on how they look.

Just Destiny for me. Starting college and trying to get acclimated.

Maybe I can find some friends on campus to go raiding with.

Another weak month. Velocity2x is the only game I will definitely buy.

I want to buy NHL but this is the first release on PS4 and thou shall never buy a 1.0 release.

Already have the Destiny limited edition preorderd, pretty excited to finally play that outside of a little bit during the alpha. I'll also keep an eye out for Mordor, I've only seen and heard positive things about it so far.

Due to an increasing number of issues putting me off of Destiny I decided to move that pre order to buy D3 UEE, I will also be picking up Shadow Warrior, Shadows of Mordor, possibly Natural Doctrine, and Disney Infinity 2 for daddy/daughter game time.

Pretty good month and im sure there are PSN games coming we don't even know about yet.

I'll probably end up getting Destiny. Shadow of Mordor is looking really cool but I'm going to wait and see some reviews and impressions. I never really played FIFA until my friend introduced me to it around world cup time. I've wanted to buy it but I figured I'd wait until FIFA 15 so that's also on my list.

Destiny for sure. Being in Dublin for 2 weeks this month kind of puts a dent in my gaming schedule so not getting anything else. Velocity 2X is looking more and more like a PS+ release this month so will be getting that too.

Love these threads shinobi, didn't realise a lot of those were coming out in September.

Destiny definitely and I'll decide on all the others after release.

Day 1 : Destiny
Wait for impressions : Shadows of Modor, Disney Infinity 2.0
Wait for FPS Informations : Warriors Orochi 3
Wait for PS+ : Velocity 2X

Destiny, FIFA 15 and Middle-Earth for me. Though I'm considering cancelling my preorder for the latter and waiting for reviews. It's the only game I've preordered that I'm still very much on the fence about.
