I notice now that there is actually 2 PS5 games this month compared to 1 from months earlier. That’s good, hopefully it’s the beginning of a trend because it’s been a bit boring to get 2 last gen games each month.

I liked Biomutant, will replay it one day with the improved patch they released a few months ago

Is there still someone who wants to play Mass Effect but never bought it yet? LOL
The Remaster is even worse than the PS3/360 Version, they fucked up the lightning and atmosphere.

Mass Effect LE is fantastic, complete revamp of the first one and 60 fps + all the DLCs for 2 and 3.

Mass Effect 3 is simply incomplete without the DLCs.

Or is it just one of Phil's balls in my throat?

True.

With the DLC and Javek from beginning, ME3 is an excellent conclusion to the trilogy.

Good month, but not for me :messenger_crying:

Already have ME Legendary and got Biomutant at launch (that was a mistake).

Nice to see it confirmed.
Will definitely replay at least ME1 which I haven't really gone back since the original Xbox 360 release.
Might also try Biomutant, even though it apparently has some issues the concept and style alone has always been interesting. And from what I've read it's not super long either which is a plus.

This is all 3 mass effect games? Never played any of them. Are they more rpg or more fps? I suck at FPS, I get disoriented.

Ugh.

Tried Mass effect and not into it.

Tried Biomutant and it's bad.

No idea what the third one is. But if MP I'm not into it.

If Extra is going to be something like thus, we might be getting the best PS Plus month ever. This could akso be a good opportunity to show Premium isn’t a total waste…but who knows…

They did change the lightning in the whole game. People are bright as fuk even though it should be dark.
Planets have different look to it...

Eden Prime from the original makes it look much more sinister

The original 360/PS3 Version has shadows, the LE Edition makes everything bright..
They rushed lighting and did not care about the mood. The shadows in ME1 seem to be non-existant at times.
So yeah the PS3/360 Version is superior to the LE Remaster sadly.

The legendary edition looks substantially better lol

I’m not even sure how you can make the argument otherwise unless you’re just poisoned by nostalgia.

Good month even though I already own ME Trilogy. I've played a bit of Biomutant on PS4, wouldn't mind spending more time with it on the PS5, because the world is very unique and interesting.

They fucked up the lightning/atmosphere of the original version. Check pictures above.
Gameplay trumps all and the new quality of life stuff in ME 1 and improved combat makes it a much better game. And yes it still looks better too, despite some small loss of atmosphere.

I usually see these old games and wonder who the hell is excited for them. Well, now I am that person. I am almost finished with Mass Effect 2 on PS3. After seeing they had added 60fps mode to the remaster on a PS5, I had decided to give it a try. I was planning to find a discounted copy soon.

Now I don’t have to! Gives me a reason to keep firing up the PS5 after finishing Ragnarok.

Yeah I'm out, cancelled the shit out of it.
This is cool for casuals that do not have any games.
But for me, it just a bunch of games I'm not interested in or already own.
The only thing of interest was the classics which is locked behind a £99 subscription and they don't even bother with it which is fucking insulting considering the price of admission.

I agree that the highest tier of PS+ is an embarrassment. Sony is just ripping people off. I keep an essential sub because I play multi and most months Sony does try to deliver decent games.
