Yes, most people do it even after getting the PS3.
I believe you can't redeem PS+ codes directly on SEN, you need to do it on a PS3.
I could be wrong though.

The store leads you to https://account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/cam/account/giftcard/redeem-gift-card-flow.action where you can redeem codes.I believe you can't redeem PS+ codes directly on SEN, you need to do it on a PS3.

Which controls? The reigns for Agro?
Holy fuck the controls in Shadow of the Colossus are so awful that I can't play the game. It seems fun and epic, but I have no patience for terrible controls. And this grip meter, ugh.
Does anyone know when the next yearly IGC is to be announced?, am I right in thinking the replacements [for Gravity Rush, Uncharted: Golden Abyss, Spec Ops: The Line etc] will be provided soon? As most of them were added on 7th November 2012, this is for the UK.
@Chris: Nice to see you ignoring the question bout the 3rd PS3 game and if Uncharted / Gravity Rush will be replaced this month.
Must be some bad news incoming since they love to skip the “difficult” questions as usual.
Uncharted Golden Abyss and Gravity Rush will be remaining in the service at the moment
Are you sure that's not how it was in the original? I remember having to go hunt lizards and fruit to increase the duration of my grip.
I think they actually screwed up the grip in the HD remaster or something. Seems like for every minute you spend attached to a colossus, you spend 58 seconds being flailed around helplessly. It's not fun at all.
And yeah, the camera is bad and needs a more modern fix. But I believe the game more than makes up for it with the atmosphere it creates. Definitely my favorite game on PS2,but don't force yourself to play it if you don't like it.
The duration of the grip gauge isn't the problem, it's the fact that I don't get two seconds to stab a fucker because he's swinging me around like a dead cat.
I need some PSN help.
I just bought Limbo of the store, but it only downloaded the unlock key, not the game itself.
After reading a bit, it seems that I may have downloaded the demo before, deleted it, and I need to download it again.
Problem is I never downloaded the demo, and after purchasing the unlock key, I don't have the option on the store.
I grabbed the demo from a different acount, but now the question is - is it the full game or just the demo? How can I tell the difference?
Any ideas?
Fair enough. I know a lot of people complain about the Agro controls, but when you understand what they're going for they make more sense.Everything feels like crap. Getting on the horse, walking around, moving the camera when you use that dagger of light, climbing anything, stabbing. It's just slow, clunky, and unresponsive.
I stuck with it for 30 minutes before I bought Okami.
I'm not sure I understand this. It's been some time since I played it (and I haven't played the remaster), but the grip meter is there to get you through those sections right? Is it fundamentally different to the original, because managing grip is an integral part of climbing the colossi. The duration of the grip gauge isn't the problem, it's the fact that I don't get two seconds to stab a fucker because he's swinging me around like a dead cat.

The sections where the colossi is thrashing around are finite though, the point being to co-ordinate your attacks for the times when it settles down and to manage the grip accordingly. As I say it's been a while so I don't want to disagree and find that I'm not remembering well (or that there are issues with the remaster), it just sounds like you're describing what is the essence of the colossi fight mechanics.Yeah, but, in theory, it's a mangeable part. The problem isn't that you run out of grip strength. Is that your character doesn't hold on tight enough to actually accomplish anything. If you had unlimited grip power, you'd still never be able to land a blow because you're too busy hanging on for dear life as you're getting whipped around.

Apparently if you latch on to the colossus in a certain way you can get a "perfect grip" where they can't shake you and you can get in lots of stabs. Happened to me a couple of times. http://www.ps3trophies.org/forum/ico-collection-shadow-colossus/129451-perfect-grip.htmlYeah, but, in theory, it's a mangeable part. If you're referring to giving away free games to PS+ members, there's no reason to believe it won't continue indefinitely, just as it's been doing for what.. a few years now? Those particular games won't always be available, but the basic concept of PS+ should remain unchanged.Sorry if this is answered somewhere in the thread, but how is this going to be handled on the PS4? I know Resogun and Conquest are going to be PS+ games on Day One, but is this just an insentitive to buy early, or will this continue month to month, or resume in the new year? Thanks for any info that can be provided!

1 new PS4 (indie) game per month and Driveclub PS+ Edition whenever it launches. So far they've announced Don't Starve, Outlast, Secret Ponchos, and The Binding of Isaac Rebirth coming to the service.Sorry if this is answered somewhere in the thread, but how is this going to be handled on the PS4? Assuming you're talking about the PS3 version in Europe:I need some PSN help.

That is exactly how it was the PS2 version. It might seem a bit more chaotic due to the improved frame rate.
Perhaps it's an issue with the remaster then (did it get any balancing changes). They don't seem too finite any more. I don't remember having nearly this much trouble in the SD version but the vast majority of the HD fights seem to consist of waiting for an opportunity to stab and then pulling back to stab and being interrupted by more waiting.
We don't know. I suspect initially the games will be thin on the ground, or perhaps we'll see more titles like Driveclub (a PS+ edition) - as soon as there's a solid library hopefully we'll see more retail.Sorry if this is answered somewhere in the thread, but how is this going to be handled on the PS4? I find a lot of my time is taken up with PSN games now anyway, so the smaller titles are welcome. I'll pick up my occasional retail title physically.
I'm not so sure about that now that Resogun has been confirmed for the US. When Resogun, TBoIR, AC3 PS3, and the free 90 days with a year sub offer were originally announced at Gamescom the US team only clarified that AC3 and 90 day promo were Euro only. I figured they would have also mentioned TBoIR as Euro only if that was the case.Isn't Binding of Isaac Rebirth only for PS+ members in Europe?
So it won't be like it is now on the PS3? One game a month instead of two? Not complaining, free games are free games.
I think for the first year it will be like that. I mean how many games can they give away? The ps4 will have just come out, That or they do more Drive Club stripped down versions
It's the downside to one sub that covers all three platforms and a low PS4 userbase. They're gonna downgrade the PS3 to two new games every month so the PS4 can get it's 1 new indie game a month. So it won't be like it is now on the PS3? One game a month instead of two? The only reason the first month is 2 games is because Driveclub PS+ edition was supposed to stick around till next November. Since they delayed DC they decided to included Contrast as it's replacement instead of just offering 1 game.Yea I'm fine with this, I mean it's cool that they do this, I was just curious since Resogun/Conquest are free on Day One, so I didn't know if it was going to consistently be two, or be one for the first year or so.

what is conquest?
Oh wow I'm dumb, phone has been autocorrecting "Contrast" to "Conquest" lol, I apologize for not catching it
Has it been stated if PS3 Plus members get Contrast as well or is it just for PS4 members?
I am not getting a PS4 at launch. Is there any way I can get the PS4 games at least in a download list so I can get all the PS+ PS4 games they put up from now until when I pick up a system? I'd hate to miss out on Resogun, Contrast, Don't Starve, and Outlast.

December PS3 update hasn't been announced yet but if I had to bet I'd say PS4 version only
