PlayStation Plus Thread: Plus What? PLUS EVERYTHING!

I want my Vita only discounts, but I have not been able to connect to the PS Store all week with my Vita. It's super inconsistent. Any tips for getting it to work?

I had the same problem this week. I turned "Disconnect WI-FI connection automatically" on under network settings, and it works just fine after that. Seems like a strange fix, but a number of people have used it to solve this.

I started Spec Ops the weekend. Playing it on easy and it's a cakewalk so far. Still having fun though. The little slow mo after a headshot is always fun.
Been wanting to check it out for a long time, been waiting for bargin bin, so it's great that it came to PS+

I'm curious about something though:
When you find that guy who pulls the gunon you and starts inching towards the rappel line, how much does the story change if you don't kill him and let him jump away? He got away on me so I reloaded a check point to try and stop him. I tried to shoot him in the leg, but that killed him :/

Doesn't change at atall, i let him get away on FUBAr difficulty, if anything he just alerts more enemies down below, wasn't any harder though.

Spec Ops is really a perfect game for Plus. It's something I was vaguely interested in for the story (though already had most of it spoiled) but it's not something I'd ever actively seek out or spend money on. The gameplay is pretty boring and all the army chatter is annoying, but I am curious how the story pans out (I'm on chapter 6 or 7 now).

I hope Europe gets that, I'd buy I Am Alive finally.

Ditto. Outland for $5 is a good price too, for those who never got it when it was free. Rest of the sale doesn't seem too great unless you're after something very specific, and most of those games have had good sales previously, so it's not exactly like they're pushing the boat out.

I'm a bit disappointed that the online multiplayer for Scott Pilgrim is going to be paid content. I think there was a higher chance of me returning to that game if the online MP became a free download, and then I would've considered the DLC. Instead, I'm now thinking whether the purchase is worth it at all.

I've regretted not getting Rayman: Origins during the winter sale, glad I'll get a chance to rectify that. Just have to decide if I want to double-dip on Lumines. The card hasn't left my Vita since I got the boxed copy, but I think I'd like to have it digital for the future.

So-so puzzle game with god-tier soundtrack and seizure inducing visuals.

I love it.

Sounds like an awesome game for someone who loves seizure inducing visuals and an awesome soundtrack. Though, I must ask the specifics of the OST. What type of music is it? Would someone who really digs J-pop be a fan of it?

Gracias!
Backed up all my save data. My 32 GB only had like 540 MB left. Deleted Dissidia 012, Wipeout, NGS Plus and Jet Set Radio, to make place for some more games.

Now that I think about it...I regret not getting Plus from when it first started, all things considered, its one of those services that pay off in the long run =P

Gonna go try the demo for Lumines soon.

I'd get Rayman Origins Vita if it also had remote play with the PS3 ver.
I already beat it on PS3, and as much as I would love to play it on the Vita, I'd much rather play it multiplayer from now on with friends and family.

No J-Pop. Mostly early 00's electronic music, which was a period when I was doing a fair amount of clubbing, so I loved it.
