Irrelevant. The game has some fun mission based stuff but it quickly dwindles to just destroying the same vehicle over and over and over again.
If you want the best version, yes. Cutscenes are all in HD for the most part(it's all done in a comic book style, some parts look fuzzier then others)

God damn these install times. Hitman took two eternities to install.

My downloads are acting a bit weird.
I started to download Catherine early last evening and set the PS3 to shut down when finished. Five hours later it has only downloaded 10%. I play and use the PS3 for about an hour and during this time the download moves at about 1 MB/second which is OK with my connection.
When I go to bed I once again set it to shut down when done. This morning it had only downloaded about 10% more!
For some reason downloads slow down to crawl every time I set the PS3 download and shut down.

For the 3 new games of the year, I reckon it will include Playstation Alll-Star, Far Cry 3 and another one...I would love to see Resistance 3, but not even sure if its on PSN.

Downloading Hitman Absolution. Any impressions from those of you guys that already played it?

I think (like most people) that the 3 year long games will be Sony games, like they are now. That 3 games get printed on all their ads/marketing for the year so taking their own stuff is just plausible.
Shooter: Killzone 2 or 3/Resistance 2 or 3 or one Uncharted.
Jump and Run: Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time or Tools of Destruction (good to promote the oncoming movie)
and maybe GT5 or another genre.
For IGC EU replacements I'm thinking:
PS All Stars Battle Royale
Uncharted 1/2 (raise awareness for The Last of Us)
LBP Karting
Then again, you can clearly see that two of those games under-performed drastically. It may look a bit desperate of Sony giving away 'bomba' games, and Plus users may be offended by being given "crap" games.

Yes, It is the best Hitman game. It is also the most hated.
Just play it and make up your own mind, but I loved it.
The 1TB version of the Scorpio Blue should suffice.

They're not late. Tuesday was the last April offering. This Tuesday will be the first May offering. They always reveal the information the day before the first month's offering.

I thought you could delete 0% games from the trophy list.
The yearly ones will almost certainly be first party games only. PS All Stars and LBP Karting are so obvious they hurt. The third one, less so. I still think the single player portion of Uncharted 3 is possible.

Any idea why Hitman is 17GB? Considering it fitted on a 360 DVDROM?

Digital Foundry say it also contains a DTS and LPCM 7.1 audio mix. The game also uses a lot of pre-rendered CG between missions, which are no doubt higher quality on PS3 due to Blu-ray.
Sadly not. I would have zapped Trash Panic off there before I got one trophy in it otherwise.
I wish you could delete trophies in general. It's a silly thing but I have a lot of games that I finished, never intend on going back to, but because of multi-player requirements or my lack of caring it'll sit at something like 30%.
Oh man I would delete a fair few games.
Some got on their purely by mistake when my boyfriend used a game I didn't want on my account by mistake.

I haven't really been using my PS+ sub, or really paying attention to the games available on it lately. Looking at some of the games mentioned in this thread, I think I should really change that and start getting back into some of these amazing games.
