Any extras someone could share for a friend of mine? (I just got a year myself from another promotion, but would love to have a friend join me for even a bit to try it out).
 
Wtf. I tried using one of the 1 month free trial codes on my SubAccount, but its saying that this service cannot be used on this account.

what makes no sense though is that my sub account has PlayStation Plus already, and the way I signed up for PlayStation Plus was by using a PlayStation Plus Card that I used to redeem the code on my sub account.

so PS+ card codes work, but free trial codes do not work on subaccounts. Smh Sony.
 
lol G Robber has 10 years worth of PSN +? Broski, I could use 5 more months to give me a full year free of PSN+. Willing to gift you a $2 -$5 game on steam this Friday. B^) seriously

So the entirety of US-GAF is a PS+ member now lol

Too bad I couldn't claim a code from Canada. Got my friend in the states to grab me a couple, so I managed to get two. Guess it'll have to do!

Is it correct that these 1 month trials stack if you use multiple codes simultaneously?

Yes, they stack. It'll ask for your CC. Turn off auto renew and delete CC info afterwards.

TBH I might just use one at a time. I'd rather save the second month for when there are some PS+ discounts I actually want. The first one's good to me now for the Halloween sale and (hopefully) the Thanksgiving sale.

Suddenly I feel relieved that I wasn't on time for this, since I'm from PR and wouldn't have gotten any anyway....I would've had a seizure for 4 hours trying to get some to no avail
 
Daaamnit freaking work and school came home late and missed out on the party haha. O well I still have over 4 years for my PSN+ when target had that mishap a few years back :P

My only solution will be to use the codes on the master account on my ps3 after my SubAccount ps+ subscription expires. :/

I even called Sony support but the clueless phone rep just said that you can't add a 30 day trial to an account that is already subscribed - which of course is an explanation he pulled out of his ass.

The real answer is just that Sony is incompetent with anything to do with subaccounts. Why else would I be able to use a 12 month PS+ card code on a SubAccount, but not a 30 day code.
 
Thanks to MTMBStudios (don't beg him for codes), I'm not a member of the Playstation Plus army. I guess I should explore what I just got it.

PR here...got 10 codes. :p
Could've gotten more, but I got this on the last 10 minutes while I was on break at work. Used my cellphone (from T-Mobile) and no problems or workarounds; guess the IP-issue was using a PC.

Redeemed them to see if they worked (got the codes at 6:50PM; arrived from work at 11:30PM)...
'Plus' was set untill March 20, 2013...now is until January 14, 2014. :)
 
Alright, why the fuck is there a waiting period for copying saves from cloud?

My Walking Dead save got corrupted towards the end of Episode 4 on my second playthrough, but I thought "no biggie, I've got a cloud copy anyway". The corrupted save got "recreated", and both my saves were wiped. Couldn't copy the cloud save due to the 24 hour bullshit, so I figured I'd just leave it til today.

Turned on my PS3, and it says that in the auto-update, the blank save file has been uploaded, therefore overwriting my previous save in cloud. Fuck you, Sony (and Telltale, for stopping us from copying saves normally and having this fucking issue in the first place).

The 24 hour thing only happens with copy protected saves, so you should probably blame Telltale for making it copy protected in the first place.
