I can't get tired to say this but will all the Day one DLC, Season Pass, and many other sad news this gen PS Plus is like fresh air, indeed the best Service this gen.

And being able to get all those Vita games... amazing. The day I get my Vita I will have a Backlog already, lol.

For those people not knowing anything about the two Lesser known Vita games.

Knytt Underground:
Knytt Underground is being created by Nifflas and Green Hill.

many people will love that kind of games.. but not me I guess.
I can´t stand Twinstick shooters, don´t know why, but they just seem boring. I need to PUSH buttons.. arghhhhh
That Knytt game has charm.. that´s for sure.. The atmosphere and the backgrounds look good, but once the character moves.. what is he doing..? is he not animated..? I really hope the game is good, because the style looks ok.

Amazing update!

I just hope they release some sort of "PS3 in a USB stick" for the PS4 so we can access 'old' PS+ content when the new console comes out.

Off topic, but I would settle for something that let you connect your PS4 to your PS3 directly, and let the PS4 control the PS3...and expose its content through your PS4 interface. So your PS4 would know what was on your PS3, show it as part of your library, and if you chose to play one of those games, it would do all the necessary stuff (boot the PS3, launch the game etc.), making it seamless as possible. With a video input on the PS4 it could do even more stuff, like overlay PS4 OS notifications/tools etc. on the PS3 game. But that might be a bit much to ask :P

The other alternative more often cited could be to expose your PS3 library on your PS4 via cloud services. But a way to let you use your own PS3 as a 'local' cloud server, as it were, for PS3 gameplay on PS4 would be nice.

edit - maybe you wouldn't need video input on the PS4 for PS4 overlays...a remote-play style client, PS4->PS3 over the local network could do the trick too.

So last year I put in a code for a year that I got from Target, and today I find out that it auto renewed me for $49.99. Is there any way I can get Sony to cancel this and refund my money? I still have another year long code and would rather put that in instead of paying $49.99 right now.

Considering the Vita plays downloaded PSP titles out of the box, I wouldn't at all be surprised the PS4 would have a similar thing.

Now wether the PSN Plus titles would be included is another story.

SCEE wins again...

Some people are paying for 60 euros for Arkham City on Wii U when it launches... and PS3 + users get it for free... it's also superior than on the wii-u
This is the first time a game I own is on PS+. I think i'll trade in my copy and add it to my cart.

SCEE is pretty damn good at what they do.

Unlikely. But worth a shot I guess. When you put the original code in it would have advised you that it would be turning on the auto renew and to turn off if you didn't want it happening. Also you can stack codes up to just go beyond your current sub time. I'm good till June 2014 at the moment.

Amazing update was about to pick up batman for black Friday.

Just wish now I could have my us and euro accounts on my vita without reformatting.

PlayStation Plus December content:
5th December: Batman: Arkham City (PS3)
5th December: LIMBO (PS3)
5th December: Vanquish (PS3)

12th December: Big Sky Infinity (PS Vita and PS3)
19th December: Mortal Kombat (PS Vita)
21st December: Knytt Underground (PS Vita and PS3)
Holy fuck, this is tremendous value! I missed all of them (Batman,Limbo,Vanquish) and I always wanted to buy them so to finally have them free all at once seems like a steal. I guess I'm renewing my Plus subscription after the free trial expires (damn you Sony...).

Quick question: I know that since I've already downloaded and installed Crysis 2 I will still be able to play it even when it's pulled off PS Plus. But if I delete it from my hard drive, will it still be available for download from my downloads list?

Yup

Man, that's a nice selection for EU Plus. My 1 month free trial for EU already ended so I really hope US Plus can match that with either the same or better quality titles. Though I'll keep my expectations low.

played all three ps3 games :( not passionate about arkham city or limbo but everyone should play vanquish. it's magnificent. glad it's going to get more people trying it out and hopefully appreciating it.

on vita knytt underground is nice, would have bought that anyway i think.

Already played the extremely average Batman and Limbo, but I'm interested in trying out Vanquish. Big Sky could be some mindless fun. Never underestimate these small games, Retro/Grade is one of my top five favourite PS3 games and I got it thanks to PS+.

Anyone know where I can get some deals on a Playstation Plus subscription? I got a full year last year for like $15 bucks which was more than worth it, but I am not sure on how much I play games that I can justify $50 in that I didn't even make it through more than like 3 games.

I just used a promotion code to get one free month of PS+. But when I entered it, it said 90 days (with an icon saying 30). Is there anywhere I can see if I have 30 or 90 days left before next billing date? The PS+ part of the store is a little hard to navigate.

If it's as good as Knytt on the PC (it's free guys, please get it) I'll jump for joy. One of my favourite games, holy moley.

Oh really? I know literally nothing about them, so I could be completely wrong.

Well, they're also free, so you can easily check 'em out :-)

They're exploration-based platformers with a hint of metroidvania. Stories has a bit more structure than the original (and an editor). Not really much in the way of challenge, it's more a mood piece, but very charming and enjoyable as that.

Really good month for us EU'ers even if I already have batman. (my borther has it so I guess he can just keep it now). Hope the DLC will be on sale as well like it normally is for free plus games.

Have been interested in Vanquish and Limbo but never got ether of them so thats great.

So I'm going to end up buying a vita soon aren't I?

Trying to buy plus and I keep getting an error. I can't use the purchase now option or the "add funds" option. Searched google and apparently, this is an issue other people are having since the new store. I never have had a problem before the new update.

Any workarounds? I could try paypal I guess but I shouldn't have to.

What a good month. Shame I already own Arkham City and Limbo on PC. But I'm going to give Vanquish another chance since it's free.

Very pleased about MK for Vita too. I almost bought that before PS+ for Vita came about.

i really wanna buy a new piece of tech this christmas (3ds, vita or 360) and i'm really starting to lean towards the vita. it's still 50€ more than i would want to pay for a handheld, but 200€ gets me a vita and lbp, and since i have ps plus until late next year, uncharted, gravity rush and mk are really making this hard for me.

I'm curious, was this some promotional code or just the code off a one year card? I was interested in buying a three month card if I ever see some games on PS+ sale that I want to get, as I have a ton of PSN wallet funds I got for cheap, but I was always under the impression that putting in the code from a sub time card would just activate a non-recurring subscription.

Did you try going through the XMB account settings rather than using the store to add funds?

I'll try. Registered, waiting for the e-mail.

Try the Discovery site. It's still spitting out codes and the email it sends out takes less time than the Facebook promo.

30 day trial codes turn into 90 day recurring subscriptions when the trial period ends.

If you still want to check your sub date you can do it from the SEN site by clicking on your PS+ trial or by looking at the expiration date of one of your PS+ games. You can also do it from your system by going to Account Management -> Transaction Management -> Services List.
