Actually; no, as he clearly thinks it's worth playing, because he already played it. He was just being the atypical Plus-butt.
Like this guy:
You're trying too hard.
For the record, Darksiders is that half-eaten eclair. Certainly, I already played it, but I can appreciate it, alongside Mega Man 9 and 10, as quality additions to the service. A service for which I pay money. SCEA is doing a poor job of convincing me that I should continue to pay for the service, and the relatively low monthly fee does not in any way absolve them of criticism for adding mediocre or poor games like Chronovolt and Retrocity Rampage.
The worst part is being strung along week by week. I understand why they do this (in case stuff falls through), but it's difficult to not be constantly disappointed when Monday rolls around every week and Sony's added a bad game for free along some thoroughly unimpressive discounts. If SCEA outlined the whole month, I think any disappointment would be easier to swallow because I could at least see what potentially cool things are coming up. I would have hope.
It also kind of seems like I've been hoodwinked; the first month of both the renewed PS3 Playstation Plus with the Instant Game Collection and the launch of the Vita Playstation Plus were absolutely fantastic. Of course, it is not at all realistic to expect that level of support every single week or month, but, aside from those two weeks, it just feels as if SCEA just isn't trying at all to even approach that major push. Like all recent Sony endeavors (Move, Vita, etc), it started out big and then slowly fizzled out into a crushing disappointment.
SCEA needs to follow the immortal advice of short-lived PSP mascot/wunderkind Marcus and step their game up.
