For PS+ Veterans, can anyone tell me what's unique on Sony offerings in Asia that was not seen in EU/NA before?

I haven't seen the following games in Europe although I've only been a member since last summer:

Thank you, I figure as much by searching on the web. Sony has been complacent here, most people in my country go with PS+ on another region to complement their Asian ones.

That would require spending a minimum $10 extra (I get card codes from amazon) as I have just $50.03 in my PSN wallet. Might as well buy something else with it, but I wasn't really planning to! Vicious vicious marketing.

According to a post on Hotukdeals, Game will be selling a year's PSN+ for £20 from tomorrow in-store.

Ahem, I see that deal was marked as spam. Well I tried getting this from Game and no luck, but the guy said (unprompted) that he'd heard it would be £20 starting next week. There had previously been a £30 deal that they'd been removing the stickers off.
So hopefully he wasn't just hearing that via HUKD and I'll try again next week.

On top of that 1-year PS+ subscription in the EU store now has a 3-month bonus on top of it. If redeeming codes counts for the bonus, that could mean 15 months for £20.

Arghhhhhhhhh I still can't use my credit card on PSN for some reason. I remember not being able to use it from the console itsef when trying a couple of years ago but I was hoping that they had fixed that by now. It tells me that the CC number is invalid and the message is instant so I really doubt it's actually checking the card.

Edit: Ended up using Paypal. It took me way too many steps but I finally got through it and I'm a member now!

War in the North is made by the same devs that made the champions of norath games. Definitely worth playing. Unfortunately, it does have a game breaking bug about 3/4 through. Hopefully you won't run into that.

Champions Of Norrath and BG: Dark Alliance were better games, but yes, it's fun. And I did run into the game breaking bug, so yeah, look it up so you can prevent it.

Great update for EU. Hope NA gets Okami HD later on.

It's the vita version only, but you can transfar saves if you also have the ps3 version.

They might have done what I'd like to call a "safety check", in which they charged your card £1 and immediately refunded it if it goes through, just to check that the card works. This is fairly standard practice in the UK for trials for subscriptions and for saving details to a shopping website, but it might not be elsewhere, hence the charge.

So I finally got around to installing darksiders that I got a while back. Oh man, what a disappointment. I played for 15-20 minutes before I quit the game and deleted it. Nothing about it was fun, and the visuals were PS2/XBox level. It was especially jarring because there is this cinematic with really good CGI which sets up in a level, then all of a sudden it switches to in-game assets and it completely takes you out of the experience.
