Originally, yes. But it looks like they somehow shoehorned it into the European update and made that even better.

It's part of the EU PS+ program during this month. Search for "kingdom" or go to the PS+ page of the webstore. Unless you're US, in that case you won't find it for free.

US always seems to be posted at a later date than EU. I'd doubt it is going to show up before the end of the month/first few days of July.

You just need to 'buy' it and have it in your downloadlist (no need to download everything to you console). You can always play or download it as long as you have a subscription going on.
