Question

in PS3 rockband, in the ingame music store, can you buy multiple songs in a way? Im PAL and a friend helps me out with his USA CC, but i canonly buy single songs in game unless its a pack. Im not buying seperate due to taxes :þ
You can't buy single songs together unless they're in a pack.

The tax is the same anyway though whether you buy seperately or at the same time.

Bionic Commando

Where are they. I expected at least 1 of them this week.

Wipeout HD - ; ;
Pixeljunk Eden - End of July Japan, August U.S. The demo will be out this month, at least.
Bionic Commando 7-31

Elefunk is coming this week, then 1942 Joint Strike next week and Bionic Commando in 2 weeks.

weird. where'd you get that list? I just checked the store and nothing.

EDIT: nevermind. they didn't stick it in the E3 folder

EDIT 2: i jsut realized they got rid of that press START when picking a save destination.

Yeah it is in the E3 folder - but I logged in again and it wasn't there. Logged in again and it was back in the E3 section. Guess they are still updating all their servers.

Elefunk FUCK YEAH bout time, i got a bridge builder on my PC but for some reason it almost kills it when im running it..... and its only stick figure shit, nothing taxing..... so this will be bitchin!

I know this may not be the best place to ask this, but what the hell:

The 'Super Stardust HD Team Pack' includes "new" cooperative and multiplayer modes, yet my unenhanced (if that's a word) version features a cooperative mode. Could someone please detail both 'Solo' and 'Team' packs for those of us who are still on the fence on getting them?

God of War 3 trailer: sucks that it's only a CG trailer, but DAMN, the production value is off the charts. Hopefully the CG movies within the game will look on par (they almost did in GoW2 so...). They should have showed more, but this will suffice... for now.

Killzone 2 trailer: new stuff, shows multiplayer battles it seems. Looks good as always, some slowdowns it seems when a lot of stuff happens on screen.

Solo is endless mode, bomber mode, and a retro soundtrack.
Endless mode is a Death Star planet with infinite enemy waves. Bomber is the same Death Star planet with no weapons or boost just a limited number of bombs available to you.

Team is split screen co-op, split screen versus (with sub game modes), ship editor, and a orchestra soundtrack.

Team pack adds split screen multiplayer to the arcade mode but severely drops the framerate. Also adds a few smoother running split screen multiplayer modes - several game types - up to 4p - lots of customizable options. Both modes are just local and not online. Also added is an orchestral soundtrack and a ship editor (doesn't really do much to be honest).

Solo pack is worth every cent and then some. Adds a bunch of modes for more of a pick up and play style then the existing arcade mode - Bomber (only have bombs), Time Attack (variations of the planets with time icons instead of points), Endless (wave after wave of enemies), Survival (shit everywhere that you can't kill - fills up more and more and there are only point icons and bomb ships - boost through the point icons for a multiplyer and see how long you can live) and finally they added an "Easy" arcade mode that is slower and speed - but does not loop to a harder difficulty when completed.

WOW. Damn. No demos though? I was hoping at least for a Silent Hill: Homecoming demo to drop this week. Prob not.

Just the E3 videos for today, demos Thursday maybe? Strange that they didn't put up that EUR LBP Knight/Princess video.

That new LittleBigPlanet video is awesome.

Love the music and the Knight trying to rescue the princess in the castle.

The 1080p videos look significantly better than the 720p video's I DL'ed off the PAL store. Now if they would only put up the gameplay of R2 :[

Wipeout :(

I may buy the rachet game even though I don't have the full game. I like the cheap, great, short idea. They should make a heavenly sword with a couple levels and really broken vs play.

So we won't be getting all the E3 videos today?
if you're not sold on the 60 dollar ratchet i suggest waiting til its greatest hits and playing it before booty cuz if you play quest for booty it might ruin the story since its a continuation of the story from tools of destruction.

I'm not worried about story spoilers. I've already read that it ends with a cliff hanger. I'm more sold on a short game I may not like for 15 than a long one for 30. Still no idea if greatest hits will even be 30 in Canada, our PS2 GH games were 30.

what is X'amd ? I can't use my PS3 right now!

An exclusive anime from Bones (RahXephon, Fullmetal Alchemist, Eureka 7) for PlayStation Network. It's rather amazing. I hope people support it so we see more original content like it.

No problem...now go buy the solo pack :D For Survival mode - I meant to say time icons and not points. In that mode they add 2 seconds to your time - boost through them for (4s..6s...8s... and so on)

wow, thank you guys! Will definitly check this out!

OP updated. Geezuz, I'm exhausted.

I think I kind of like this new format. Thinking about keeping it. Less headings and splitting everything up by game rather than what type of content it is seems to make more sense to me.

In case you missed it in the OP:

Non-video content is bolded.
