Fake, ps1/2 had rectangle memory ports. This has round ones, thus eliminating backwards compatibility (but sony wouldn't do that, or would they?)

That first pic would be just fine, it looks like it's made to fit in your electronics cabinet (mostly because that's just a DVD player with a PS3 logo)..... and that's fine, it belongs on top of an AV receiver anyway...

But that pic is way old, the blu-ray disc is in a caddy....

Well PSP followed PS2's style of logo. Plus the new teasers have 3 in PS2 style. I think Sony will stick with it, it's pretty awesome font I must say.

Both are gross, and I really don't expect PS3 to look close to either thankfully. Microsoft's already gone with the generic pc monitor looking box, that's sleek. Hopefully PS3 does like they did for PS2, and makes a high tec looking cool design. I really liked PS2's. And the controller... they have the best right now. I don't expect them to fall off the charts with shit like that. Though I do think they need to step up to match a great 360 controller.

I'd say the console itself is about on par with the XB 360 design but the controller is deffinitly not good.

everyone knows even if the PS3 is all wireless for it's controllers it will only allow 2 players unless you buy the wireless multitap adaptor
