Please help me with my computer (Startup)

Everytime I start up my computer, Windows XP Professional gives me an error saying "Sorry, but netii32.exe had to close down. We are sorry for the inconvinience." Then it gives me an option on whether or not I want to send an error report or not.

Now, I don't know what "netii32.exe" is. I did a search for it on my harddrive, and there were no results for it. I scanned for viruses with Norton, and I'm as clean as a whistle. I even ran Adaware, but it was no help.

Basically, the problem is this error that i get everytime I boot up makes the boot up very sloooow, about half a minute longer, and I can't have that. Plus, it's an annoying inconvinience.

Go to the start menu -> run -> type msconfig and press enter.

Go to the startup tab and disable that, or what looks similar to it. Reboot.

All better. :)

I'm afraid that didn't work. I unchecked every single thing in 'msconfig', but netii32.exe still somehow manages to start up with the computer.

WTF, you unchecked everything?

And it's also possible that it's finding an error because that file doesn't exist anymore.
