I picked up the game again after a few months and I am stuck.
My boathead just keeps saying " your sister is being held at the top of central tower, I hope you have not forgotten how to get there".

Thing is I have forgotten, I tried game walkthru but couldn't the part I am at, I 'm about 20 hours into the game, anyone have a clue where I have to go next?

What?

Either you have to go to the Forbidden(?) Fortress and fight the Big Bad Bird or... no, that must be it.

Go to the top-left corner of ocean and enter the FF (I won't spoil how).

FF is the very first WW dungeon. Your sister is in the same place as earlier - in the big prison room. Enter and prepare for a lousy and supereasy boss fight.
