WiiU screenshots were always only 450p, likely because of the tablet's resolution.
So I'd expect Switch ones to always be something up to 720p.

Killzone is crazy looking, wish there was a demo.

I have the demo although it's a online multiplayer for one of the levels. Also have the full game. It's the best shooter on a handheld... Ever.

I'm a big fan of importing anime games on Vita (have two Gundam Breakers; Irregular at Magic High School; Macross Delta Scramble; World Trigger) but I couldn't bring myself to get this one. Just looked really plodding and boring from all the footage I saw.

I will note there is some pretty nasty compression and I think it's more on FB/Twitter then it just being a jpg issue (as they look slightly different depending on which I upload to) I've gone back and forth between FB and Twitter and I think the FB shots look a bit better

Switch is a handheld device as much as say Vita is. Both can be played entirely independently natively as a handheld device with no associated console.

I've got one(and a screen each from my two other launch games)!

I uploaded these by putting the SD card in my laptop. Not linked my Twitter yet and the compression will make the already meh .jpg even worse.
