Pixel Density on the Vita screen is much larger than most monitor sized LCD screens that you're probably viewing this site on. I.e. The size of a single pixel on the Vita's screen is much smaller than that of your average notebook\laptop\computer screen.

Anyways, the difference in size really makes it feel like the Vita posts are overwhelming the 3DS ones in this thread. Doesn't help Nintendo doesn't make it easy to capture screenshots, I guess.

That screenshot makes me want to get this game. I'm assuming it only runs at 30fps?
Unfortunately, yes. And that's not counting the occasional dips.
But it's a lot of fun if you're not sensitive to that sort of thing. The sense of speed is definitely there, IMO.

I don't like how the 3DS gets overshadowed by the all the Vita goodies. Keep posting pictures 3DS fans!
Maybe there should be a rule to quote Vita images since they're so big in comparison.

It's not native.
I think that's for the best since they're overblown so it really doesn't show what the Vita is capable off with that size.

In addition to not being native, there's just something about the colors and shading in that game that make it seem really washed out and blurry, even compared to other non-native games.

Eh, the main thing is right now the 3DS screenshots are really limited to just the few games with Miiverse communities. It's not Vita owners' faults that they have a much wider variety of games they can screenshot.

Well, when you see pics of sub native res titles at 960x540 they look like shit too, so there is that. I'll upload a couple of pics from Rayman Legends in a couple of hours.
