Its all down to the words used in prompts. Always start with 'generate a hyper real' and avoid using 'image' or 'picture', ask it for a photo. Throw in stuff like cinematic lighting, highly detailed, 4k resolution, etc.

Another good tip is to upload an image to chatgpt and ask it to generate a detailed prompt for this image, you'll pick us some really good stuff. Likewise click on images on the main Sora page, you'll see the prompts used, plenty of good info to be had there too.
