Shadowheart, Astarion, Lea'zel, Karlach, Dark Urge, or Gale from BG3 or Malenia from ER would also be pretty cool. Ranni the witch and her promised consort watching us from the moon would be interesting.

2 steps to this one, google a reasonably detailed image of whoever you want a pic of and upload it to chatgpt. Ask it the following;
Give me detailed bullet pointed breakdown of the appearance of the person in the attached image from the shoulders up - hair, lips, eyes, skin, facial shape, jawline, head accessories, facial hair, scars, torso shape, measurements, clothing etc *you can also ask it to generate a breakdown from the chest waist, legs, etc for a more complete image but obviously you'll lose the facial detail*
Go to Sora (more relaxed for copyrighted characters) and c&p this (I used Maria from Silent Hill 2 as an example) - Create an Ultra-realistic 4K vertical editorial beauty portrait of Maria from the 2001 videogame, Silent Hill 2 as described below.
Then c&p the chatGPT bullet points you got earlier.....

This was a struggle to prompt. 180+ iterations till I got everything right enough and look accurate to her Spyro Reignited Trilogy design.
AI kept covering her crotch with leaves & chastity belts, made the carpet match the color of her drapes. It took the "four-finger hand" prompt very seriously and gave her four hands. Process was still faster than drawing it from scratch and I think it's approaching the stage where it would be presentable as concept art.
The font bothers me, I couldn't find an accurate one and almost sat down to recreate it letter by letter.
