At least your teeth are ok - I hope. My worst football face injury lost me some teeth.

This was face to ground - ground being concrete covered with artificial grass. I went up for a header against the tallest bloke on the pitch, got upended, and smashed teeth-first into the ground. Blood, dizziness, a crunched nose, and no god damned apology.

I used to wear my glasses to play until I got hit in the face with the ball and knocked out cold.. then I got contacts and they've saved me many times. The one last night would have probably smashed the glass into my eye so im pretty happy I came off so well.

I know. I've always been incredibly skinny and I have an incredibly fast metabolism.

I have some health problems, which don't help either.

I wish I had your metabolism.. I have to exercise 3-4 times a week not to gain weight. ~5'7 and 138-140lbs. and I thought I looked my best at 128lbs, but I doubt I have the will power to replicate that-- i calorie counted for 3 months. Torture.

Went out for a beer with a buddy of mine. Obviously it didn't end with just one.
Got home at around 5:30 am. Had to be at work at 9. I've now been awake for roughly 37 hours and I feel like a walking corpse.

And yes the camera flash is not kind to my receding hairline. :lol
