Nah, not really.

PSP Ad-hoc over xlink kai is such a pain. Good luck setting it up, purchasing the proper wireless hardware, and so on, and then even more good luck finding someone else who has done the same.

It sucks, but I hate playing online anyways and I would 100 percent rather have gamesharing for 4 people off of one disc. Thats fantastic and more then makes up for it with me.

Go back and read the thread. Several people have already spoken their mind about no online play.
 
Neat I guess.

Not at all a fan of PS2, and PS1 is too shallow to keep me committed outside the occasional wifi multiplayer duel I'll never have. :(

Great novelty though, should look ace on the PSP. Always loved the art direction and kooky characters. Shame a full-on infrastructure enabled Power Stone 3 isn't included with this bundle.

All you need is another wireless nic from what I read (hopefully the one connected to the internet is wired, otherwise it would introduce too much latency). Sucks that it won't work over wireless routers tho (it works on one, but only with hacked firmware).

In this case, they actually redesigned the camera with the PSP in mind.

does it just have bars on the sides like darkstalkers? i was just referring to them not making a real widescreen enhanced mode, like just widening the play field in darkstalkers.

i havent watched the trailer yet, is it shown there? cause it seems like all the gameplay screenshots are stretched out.

Yeah, but it needs to be one of a few specific models, I think. The fact that people need to actually buy hardware (usually) to play online means that the PSP section of kai is almost always deserted.

Last time I checked was months ago, though, before most of the infrastructure games came out. Awesome if I'm wrong.

I dunno if it's possible, but I hope they get it working on wireless routers of any kind without any hacks.
 
OH MY GAD.

I haven't been this excited over a single game since fecking FFVIII. I occasionally bust out my Dreamcast to play Power Stone, and now I can take it everywhere! I love you, Capcom.

Can't wait to see the emotional explosion MAF posts when he gets around to it :)

I'm not exactly the biggest fan of ports, but this is one port (or ports, rather) that I don't mind seeing. Hopefully this will eventually lead to a new Power Stone for any next-gen console (preferably the Revolution)...

If that means CODE: Veronica for PSP, then count me in. ;)

Sweet, sharing off one UMD is great stuff too. Now Capcom needs to bring out the Tech Romancer PSP and then the Rival Schools Collection.
 
No online sucks, but it's a step in the right direction. I wont be getting it but I still hope it sells through the roof so we can get a PowerStone 3.

Why does the aspect ratio look off Matlock?

This looks like shit. They better fix it. Or someone better explain why these pictures are all fucked up.

Don't think its actually messed up aspect ratio wise. Its just a rectangular pic instead of the square ones we're used to. The characters or hud isn't stretched if u look at it. Cover the sides of the pic and look at it.
