Tried an early version of this. Kind of surprised it's already in open beta. Going to give it another shot.

It says it's single player, so no online gamers. That's fine.

But does the game have dangers like AI bandits or crazy animals coming after you? Based on the limited amount of trailer/pics, it doesnt show any other form of life. It's just you building and searching.

Does the game have that annoying game mechanic I hate in games.... you got to find food and eat.

Looks like you are going to manage temperature, hunger and other things. Which is expected in a survival game. Otherwise you're just walking around.

Kind of wish this was multiplayer though. Kind of like Peak.
