Whomever uploaded the pic can upload it again if it's taken down. If not on pornhub then somewhere else.
Once it's up, you don't know how many people have saved said pic. They could re-upload it. It spreads like a virus.

You will never know when it will come back up or by who.
And that is just one site. It's a never ending circle that only gets harder and harder to fight.

obviously we dont want rape or underage minors (at all, and certainly not being uploaded to PH), and we dont want videos being uploaded without the people being filmed giving permission, but this "shut it down" shit is fucking stupid and pointless. if the accusations are true, then yes of course they need to clean their act up, but leave the rest of my legal, perfectly harmless porn the fuck alone.

I think we can be honest and say that Pornhub was the cause of a genocide, probably billions of potential babies dead on a piece of kleenex. Just think how many kids there would be if we weren't all wasting our sperm busting nuts to brazilian fart porn.
