Can anyone recommend any good proxy shippers that offer shopping services for US shops that do not accept foreign credit cards or need confirmed billing/shipping addresses? I tried Stackry, but have suspended shopping service.

I have considered proxy shippers but never used them before, but I'm curious what others may suggest.
