In your recent experiences, have PS2's and Xbox's been replenished at most video game retailers??? Where can you find either one these days?

I've seen a few (Like 2, 3) PS2 systems at Target and Walmart. Maybe those were ones put on layaway for Xmas and never picked up. No Xdudes though.

The only PS2 I saw post christmas was a return, and a guy drove almost an hour to my store to pick it up, despite me telling him I couldn't hold it. Lucky bastard did get it though.
Haven't seen an Xbox either.
Cubes are selling briskly though, hahaha.

The local Super Target near me had one PS2 and one Xbox when I was in there last weekend. Otherwise, it's been short supply as far as I can tell.

I haven't seen any of them in stock in awhile evrywhere I go. I do see the Gamecube is widely available though.

My uneducated guess is for Sony is the combination of switching to the PSTwo and Sony's efforts for the PSP in Japan.
Xbox, I have no fucking clue. MS is dropping the ball here, they could be squashing Sony at the moment, because the PSTwo shortage happened quite a while before the Xbox one.

millions may be an exaggeration, but I'm including in warehouses etc also. Surely there must be enough to make the supply issue in the US a little less tense I'd say.

I've seen none of either the PS2 or XBox systems locally over the last couple of days while frequenting places like GameStop and Toys 'R Us.

The phone was ringing off the hook at the GameStop I was visiting last night... I told the guy to change his greeting:

"Thanks for calling GameStop, where the answer is no... can I help you?"

My local Best Buy got 14 Xboxes in last Friday, gone by the next day. They got 16 in yesterday, gone by today. The Target by me got 6 Xboxes in Sunday, had 1 left today. They got 16 Ps2s in yesterday, were down to 4 today.

Saw LOTS of Xboxes and some PS2s at the stores I went to today looking for Resident Evil 4. Don't think there is a shortage. There isn't.

Online, Amazon had Xboxes Friday thru Tuesday(I believe thru Toys R Us) and Best Buy.com had them most of yesterday.

Amazon has Xboxes again and they also have a PS2 Bundle with Jak 2 and Ratchet and Clank:Going Commando.
