The Playstation lounge down at Covent Garden is going to have consoles available for non-pre orders midnight launch. I might have to go with my friend. I hate these things :( but I need to play with him.

Why is NBA 2k14 hard to come by on PS4 at a respectable price? :( 50 quid is the maximum I'm willing to pay but I can't find it for that price anywhere, nor do I really want to set up new accounts on sites just for this purpose. Fuck Zavvi for not even listing it and fuck Amazon UK for being crap.
 
Still no damn word on my order. I swear I am going to contact these damn foo...

Oh god, a delivery woman just knocked on my door to leave a package from Amazon with me for a neighbour.

...She was from Yodel.

I asked her if she knew if they would be taking care of the PS4 deliveries this Friday, and she replied that she had no idea whatsoever, and that they just deliver whatever they're given the night before.

😱

ETA: I was also expecting a package for myself with the delivery estimate of today and it never showed up. I'm now more nervous than ever.

Also to the above poster, I've got the gamer pack bundle preordered with Amazon.co.uk (preordered the console the moment they announced the price at E3 and updated to the bundle as soon as I got the offer to) and I haven't heard anything either. People say not to worry until the 28th.
 
Stupid question maybe : if I have a European PS4, with a European PS+ account, will I be able to play online with a US copy of Battlefield 4 ? Also, will I be able to purchase DLC ?

Some third party games are region locked, others are not.

First party games are guaranteed to not be region locked (insofar as you can even select which servers to play MP on).

just finished AC3 (ps+), Beyond Two Souls and The Last of Us, downloaded Deadpool and The Puppeteer last week and i think i'm at 50% in deadpool and 2/6 scenes in puppeteer (co-op with my wife), haven't touched any ps+ game since july, except for AC3 and this friday (or monday >.<) my ps4 arrives with AC4, Killzone, Waframe, Contrast and Knack Q_Q

I've got Magic 2013 and Virtue Fighter 5: Final Showdown which I am totally hooked on and are just ongoing. Then I've got Splintercell: Blacklist which is totally my sh*t and needs to be properly rinsed. The Last of Us didn't quite grab me as much as I hoped but I recognise its quality and really want to see it through. I'm maybe about halfway through. XCOM: Enemy Unknown which I want to return to at some point. Then I've got soooo may PS+ games piles up as well and

And here I am about to spend 500 quid for a new system to play Killzone when I don't even dig FPS games at all. What the hell am I doing?

Ditto. Retailers can fuck off with this shit. Not paying more than £40 for a game.

Ive been lucky so far. Ive got NFS for £38.99 from amazon before they put the price up and Ive got injustice for 24 quid from argos.

Really want knack and killzone, but I reckon there will be more copies in CEX by december than any other game. The prices for both should pummet quick.

Same. On the positive side it means time will pass quickly as I've been asleep most of the day. Better be gone by Thursday so I can go in and pay for my stuff, make sure GAME haven't got anything wrong before Friday. Kill zone bundle + NFS (£40) + half price lego
 
With a single PS+ sub, can I have multiple user accounts on the same console play online multiplayer? I know that on the 360 I had to purchase a separate Gold sub for each account on the same console that wanted to play online.
 
You really underestimate 2 weeks of time until you have to go through it with anticipation.

My god....PERSONA 5 might as well be never coming out at this point
 
So i went onto the PlayStation Network website and it let me buy the Assassin's Creed 4 upgrade £10 deal thingy. Also got Resogun and Contrast, now just to wait till Friday.

You just have to hope to forget about it until closer to launch, that's how I try to manage the Dark Souls II waiting without having to resolve to CartmanCryoChamber.jpg

Yes, from the ps blog;

Yes. If you don’t have a PS Plus membership, you can still access online multiplayer modes if you log into a PS4 which is set as “Primary” by a PS Plus member. This means that, for example, if one housemate is a PlayStation Plus member, everyone in the household will have access to online multiplayer.
