Not that this will add much to the conversation, but just for data tracking purposes I cannot sign into PSN on my PS4 here in Delaware -- when I try to, it presents an error and then locks into a blue screen disabling the home button, and forces me to turn off the console from the controller. Never realized how much control PSN has over the entire console.

Yup, I enjoyed my time with Hannah Montana: The Movie, because I rented it, got drunk, put on a Bombcast, and 1000/1000'd that motherfucker.

If you can do it with that game, you can do it with anything, especially Cerny's launch trash.

Washington State here. I can access psn app on phone and see friends list but won't connect when on my ps4. Been playing digital Diablo solo all day, though!

That's what I'm doing, but I started with A Feast for Crows and A Dance With Dragons because that's what season 5 is going to pull from. I'm reading them simultaneously in the order the events happen chronologically

I downloaded Diablo 3 last night; but didn't launch it. For some reason it's "locked" now and can't play it offline either.
 
Welp, this combined with the scheduled maintenance kinda makes the preload for inFamous First Light pointless. Such bad timing. =/

That's to do with the servers semi-on status I think (not 100%). The licence has been temporarily revoked since it failed to authorize and will stay that way until you can restore you're licence with either the dedicated option or by launching the game, both require you to be online, but once it launches you can disable internet access and play away until you feel safe enough to brave the servers again. Clearly it's not an ideal situation, but perhaps after all this blows over Sony could look at methods of preventing this sort of thing during such circumstances in the future.

Yeah I assumed I was caught in some sort of license check situation. I'll just wait until it's all sorted out with their servers. I don't want to add to the problem.

I have more friends on XBL anyways so I want and downloaded it there.
