Time to dig up that old copy of Quake II you have lying around. Retexture/remodel is still under construction, but for a straight port with added effects it's a significant upgrade from the original game.

New hud, blood splatter, lighting.

They're working on per-pixel lighting for an upcoming release.

But that would be a lie.


Should look a lot better with the per pixel lighting on though.

Try it out. The flare gun looks a lot better and the pain effects are like those from HL2. I haven't played enough of the mod to see all the features, but having played the original just recently, the differences are obvious.
