When multiplayer mattered the most back then with resident evil Outbreak, we didn't have the infrastructure of today. Now we have it, but they insist on shitty multilayer games.
How does one studio go from interactive dramas like they always do and then think "let's work on a live game"?

I think at this point after Sony,MS,Ubisoft et al. blunders this gen .. we can pretty much agree that stupidity somehow is endemic on top level executives in western gaming
