That'd be a brilliant marketing ploy actually. Just email the game code for free to hundreds of millions of people then offer to remove it from their libraries for 2.99 each. It'd probably make more money than actually selling it.

As of now, the quickest to PS+, only 4.33 months approximately.
The next closest that come to mind are Immortals of Aveum, Callisto Protocol, Saints Row, albeit those were 6, 10, and 13 months respectively from their initial release dates.
