The commercial for Steven A. Smith new show is making me hate him more, which I thought was in impossible. Yeah he knows basketball, but does he reall need his own show....

I hate Stephen A Smith, he's like a hip-hop parady of himself. The only person I hate more than him is the guy they put him up against in Old School/Nu Skool on SportsCenter.

I don't mind Steven A Smith at all, but the commercial blows more than any other commercial I've seen this year, because he's just stating really obvious facts. Everybody who knows even a little bit about sports can tell you the Patriots are insanely good. Is that supposed to make me watch his show? I have no clue what they were trying to get at.

I liked that it started airing with him going "people take a paycut just to stay there", and Bruschi takes off a day later. :lol

...Bruschi "took off" a day later because he had a stroke less than 6 months ago. The pay cut line was referring to players like Troy Brown, who was cut and then resigned for less than he could have gotten elsewhere.

I've never heard Steven A speak less. If this gets him off other ESPN shows and cuts his word-per-minute by a factor of ten, it's a win-win.

I know, I can't believe they haven't changed it yet, it's pretty stupid now. At first I sort of liked it, but it's just plain overkill now.
