The chairman and face of Marvel Comics' first cameo was in a Hulk TV movie in 1989. Since 2000 the Stan Lee cameo has become a feature of each film.

Went through this again to see Stan, I enjoyed his cameos even uncredited ones in the Netflix shows (I swear he was on a poster in s1 luke Cage). Best has to be deadpool titty bar dj "you can't buy love...".

A Stan Lee appreciation thread I won't be able to do justice, will leave to more experienced.
