I am the only male employee with 18 female colleagues. And I can't stand the gossip and intrigues any longer. The bad mood and the crying when they menstruate and the general attitude they have at work. In addition, none of them come to work to take care of the children (we work in a kindergarten), but are only busy with themselves...
Edit: And my boss and her deputy are also female and hate me!

Having male teachers is just as important as having female ones. Keep up the good work. But seeing as you're the odd one out, make sure you keep good records in the event you're fired during their mood swings.

Edit: Actually if you're trying to get fired I'd go for the lawsuit anyway. Should be a slam dunk in your situation

I don't think it matters how accommodating, low stress, and/or well paying a job is. If you're told "hey do this for 8 hours 5 days a week or you starve on the streets" you'll find something to hate about it.

I can only imagine the kind of environment in places where it's a majority female. The men would have to pick up the slack and either pass out from fatigue, or go crazy from all the bullshit they have to deal with on a daily basis.

I hear being a male nurse is a nightmare because of it.

I wasn't in that one kindergarten for the whole 23 years. I've been working in this one for 4 years. And since last year there's a new boss. And she has no idea how to lead a team. Everyone fights only for themselves, everyone is dissatisfied and they try to badmouth other colleagues in order to look good themselves.
And then there is me. I try to stay out of everything as much as possible, but in the last few weeks my psychological stress has been through the roof.
I'm actually a funny, good-humored guy, but you can only endure this negative stress for a certain amount of time.
And if the boss doesn't like you, everything you do is always wrong...

I love the children and the children love me. But after 23 years in the same profession, I want to try something different anyway and now use this as an opportunity to get out.

there's also top level domains that don't use roman letters... like .コム, which is literally just the phonetic japanese katakana spelling of .com
but so few websites seem to use it that I couldn't find any
