I am at the end of chapter 2 with that boss guy with the extremely large torso. i nail his torso with a bunch of rifle shots till he loses his legs and starts swining. here i get my ass beat repeatedly.

ive tried everything shots to stomach, tried shooting the arms he swings with. i cant get that guy off those bars. and when he gets close enough he stabs me and i am unable to dodge.

how do i beat this guy?

i tried running to the far end of the barn, do a quick turn around and fire two shotgun shells up his ass run underneath him to the other end and repeat

First thing, did you know there is a lader you can climb to get to the second floor? Also you can go to one of the corners up there(dont remember exactly where) and he basicaly cant touch you.

At that portion of the boss fight go up the ladder to the second floor and shoot him in the spine until he falls off the beam. Then toss a grenade down on the floor where he fall. Stick and run when you shoot, because he will try and knock you from the exact place you shot from.
